Hosted by Lumus™, this site was built for professional users of 360 degree feedback tools to meet and share their knowledge and experience. Community members are likely to be consultants, coaches and HR professionals that are either providing 360 degree feedback to their clients or are managing in-house 360 degree feedback projects.
House Rules
For the site to work we feel that it is important to have some rules which we need to hold each other mutually accountable for. We would ask users to:
♦ Be honest and courteous in their remarks and respect inevitable differences of opinion
♦ Offer materials under ‘Web 2.0’ commonly accepted practice of ‘copyright lightly retained’. By this we mean that we encourage members of the online community to take, use and adapt materials and where practical to acknowledge the source, or if you improve it, to offer it back to the community for wider use
♦ Respect the community and don’t use the site as a ‘sales area’ to blatantly advertise your own business services or for suggesting one product is greater than any other.
